MAG522 and MAG522w3 Linux set-top boxes, powered by an Amlogic S905X2 chipset, are equipped with a powerful ARM Cortex-A53 CPU with the best GPU. The CPU is 25% faster than the previous generation. The devices play back content in 4K at 60 fps.

Media players help operators maintain a reliable service, while the UI continuity makes it easy to integrate the set-top box into a system that uses legacy MAG devices. On request, MAG522 and MAG522w3 can be configured to work with different middlewares or DRM/CAS.
